To the maximum extent permitted by law, diezX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated outputs are provided as recommendations and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.

You agree to indemnify and hold diezX harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the service relationship: • You may stop using our services at any time • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms • Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately • Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect
